At Recover, we provide a warm, intimate boutique Pilates experience with private and small group classes.

Pilates strengthens the body, enhances flexibility, and improves posture and balance. With controlled body movements, mindful breathing, and a focus on alignment, Pilates supports physical and mental well-being. Suitable for all fitness levels, it helps strengthen muscles, improve mobility, and aid in injury recovery.

Gentle mat class for all, including pregnancy and postpartum. Mums & Bubs welcome, with modifications for every stage of life.

Reformer Recover

Gentle, supportive classes for all ages and abilities. Ideal for beginners, injury recovery, or extra guidance.

Reformer Foundations

Learn core Reformer principles with a focus on alignment, breath, and control to build confidence. 

Reformer Flow

Slow-paced class focusing on breath, controlled movement, posture, and mobility. Lengthens and strengthens the body, improves flexibility. 

Intermediate to Advanced classes

Mat Burn

Dynamic mat class combining strength, mobility, and intensity using props. Full-body conditioning.

Reformer Express

Fast 30-minute session combining strength and burn for a full-body workout in a short time.

Reformer Strength

Strong, controlled movements to build muscle tone, balance, and strength.

Reformer Burn

High-energy, fast-paced class with cardio, pulses, and spring tension for a full-body challenge.
