Mindful May at Recover: Community, Connection & Mental Wellbeing
At Recover, we believe that wellness goes beyond movement, it’s about connection, presence, and community. This May, we’re inviting you to join us for a series of gentle, grounding events designed to support your mental wellbeing and bring people together.
Mindful May is all about slowing down, tuning in, and creating space to nurture both body and mind. If you're walking, moving, breathing or simply sitting, these moments of mindfulness can have a powerful ripple effect on our overall health.
What’s on this May:
Sundays – Walk/Run Club
8:00am | Weekly community movement to start your day
Begin your Sunday with fresh air and friendly faces. Walk or run at your own pace — all levels welcome.
Wednesdays – Mindfulness & Mobility
6:30–7:00pm | Gentle guided movement and breathwork
Midweek reset to help you unwind, move gently, and reconnect with your breath.
Saturday 11 May – Mother’s Day Mat Pilates
9:00am | Eagle Point Foreshore
Celebrate the mothers in your life with a nourishing mat class by the water. A beautiful way to honour connection, presence, and love.
Friday 16 May – Women’s Circle
5:30pm | Recover Studio
An intimate evening to reflect, connect and hold space for one another in sacred community.
Sunday 18 May – Nourish with Netti Yoga
9:30am | Eagle Point Foreshore
Slow, grounding yoga designed to restore and realign. A chance to move with intention in a serene lakeside setting.
Friday 23 May – Mat Pilates + Morning Tea
9:15am | Bairnsdale Studio
Join us for Australia's Biggest Morning Tea. Move your body in a flowing mat class, then stay for a cuppa and community.
$5 from each booking will be donated to the Cancer Council.
