I’m seeking an Osteopath to step into a full caseload while I head on maternity leave. Without the right support, this essential regional service may need to temporarily close, and our growing community relies on local osteopathic care.
This is a rare opportunity to walk straight into full books, with strong referral pathways and a highly supportive clinic environment, all while enjoying a relaxed lifestyle in East Gippsland (3.5 hours from Melbourne).

Recover Health is a warm, multidisciplinary clinic offering Osteopathy, Pilates, Pelvic Health, Counselling, Massage, and Pregnancy & Birth Support. Our newly renovated clinic overlooks the Gippsland Lakes and is supported by a thriving Pilates studio across multiple locations, creating consistent patient demand and excellent continuity of care.
I’m currently the only osteopath in town, and Paynesville’s population is growing rapidly- the need is real, and the books are full.

Mentoring & support
My background includes Clinical Pilates, women’s and pelvic health, exercise rehabilitation, birth education and doula work, a Master’s in Women’s Health Medicine, and training with the Osteopathic Pelvic Health Institute. I’m committed to providing mentoring, regular check-ins, and ongoing support, particularly for early-career osteopaths or anyone new to regional practice.
