About Us:
Recover Pilates is a thriving Pilates community built on the philosophy that movement is more than exercise—it’s a way of living. Established in 2019, we’ve grown from a small local studio in Paynesville to beautiful boutique spaces in Paynesville and Bairnsdale, with a new Maffra studio opening in 2026.
Led by Dr Maddison Walsh and Millie Howlett, our team of passionate instructors and health professionals offers over 50 classes weekly, including Reformer, Mat, Clinical Pilates, and Yoga. We take a personalised, holistic approach to movement—supporting all ages, abilities, and life stages. Our studios are warm, inclusive, and community-focused, dedicated to helping people move well, feel strong, and thrive.
What We Offer:
Training Assistance: Support with coursework, observation and practical teaching hours.
Free Pilates Classes: Enjoy unlimited access to our Pilates classes to enhance your personal practice.
Ongoing Support and Mentoring: Benefit from regular mentoring sessions and support from our experienced teachers.
Pilates Teacher Position: Casual position available at the end of your training.

No prior teaching experience required – just a willingness to learn and grow
